Dominical Deal--Distressed Property Owner

Hi Fellow Costa Rica lovers,

This is the busiest week in Costa Rica--Semana Santa--or Holy Week. It's the time when all the Costa Ricans take vacations and head to the beaches. The word is that about 1 million Costa Ricans leave the Central Valley for down time at the beach. For this reason, I chose to stay in the Central Valley!

I have a great deal for you if you're looking to buy land in the south central zone of Dominical. Dominical is in the top two of my favorite beaches in Costa Rica. It's a funky little beach town perfect for relaxing.

The owner of this 5 acre property is an American guy who has lived down there for several years. He built an amazingly beautiful home about 15 minutes by car from Dominical Beach. This huge 4300 square foot home is an upstairs/downstairs type duplex if you will. Each floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen..there's a large two-car garage, everything you need to make a home. You'll have a breathtaking ocean view and privacy but with easy access to good roads and to the area. In addition, he has an extra lot adjacent to the property which can be sold or developed.

Now here's the deal. He's financially distressed and open to offers of any kind. He is willing to make deals which could include:

Buying the entire property at an incredible price--all offers considered
Becoming a partner in this property with him which would entitle you to one floor of the house ..basically your own house..and the opportunity to split off the lot and sell it to split the cash

If you choose the second option you could come in at $50-$60,000 which would cover you for the first year and after that he would arrange a payment plan.

Any way you do it this is an incredible deal for someone.

If you're interested, send me an email at info@travelcaribbeancostarica.com with your name and phone number and I will have him call you to discuss all the options or I will give you his phone number. I can also send you photos of the property.

And let me tell you that this guy is highly motivated and has even considered a raffle to get rid of this property so don't wait as I don't think it's going to last long. I consider this to be probably the best deal in Costa Rica at the moment.

Hey people, enjoy your weekend!!

Annette
