Hi Costa Rica lovers,
I'm sure you've heard that expression at some point in your life...it's not what you know but who you know. Well, in that vain and because I was getting cabin fever, I did a little traveling over the past couple months. First, it was to the beach at Dominical on the south Pacific side and then on down to the Osa Peninsula. Wow, what beautiful country! I loved the beach at Dominical and that is where I met Mike, a gringo who has lived down there for a number of years and who has lots of local contacts in the entire south Pacific region. Mike knows about lots of local folks who are looking to sell land so we'll be working together in the future. If you are interested at all in the area of Quepos, down to Dominical and Uvita and then further down to the Osa Peninsula just send me an email with what you're looking for and I'll put hound dog Mike on it.
Then...I was in Puerto Viejo and Cahuita for a few days. Many of you know that this part of Costa Rica is my favorite. It is where I lived for 3-1/2 years and where I still have many friends. And personally, I think the lushness and greenness of the area is unbeatable in all of Costa Rica. Although, I do have to say that the Osa is right up there as well. Anyway, one friend of mine in the Caribbean is now in the real estate biz. I don't want to name names but this person is a real go-getter and has pretty much grabbed up most of the properties down that way. I have a new partner in this person because we have a relationship BASED ON TRUST. Most of you know that's my big thing. So, let me know also if you're thinking about something on the Caribbean side and I'll see if we can find it for you.
I love to travel and I especially love traveling in Costa Rica. I mean we have everything here: mountains, beaches, two oceans, volcanoes, rivers, amazing wildlife and vegetation...wow!
