Hi Fellow Costa Rica Lovers,

I am posting the revised list of Caribbean properties. As usual, it is everchanging so check back here often to see what's new. I'm meeting with a local woman on Wednesday who has a farm for sale in Alajuela. She says she needs to sell in the next two months so let's see what that means as far as price.
